The world in 2012 for JQA includes two new consultancy projects to help old friends achieve improvements to their centres for community activities, fundraising to help arts organisations prosper and lots of editing and writing for journals, magazines and websites.

Business modelling is one of our strengths, particularly for cultural organisations and community groups, and we have a great deal of experience of managing capital projects, writing business plans, undertaking strategic reviews and fundraising for voluntary sector organisations, including providing training in how to raise money from trusts and foundations.
Anne-Marie’s research into workplace bullying in the arts is ongoing, and she is always happy to hear from individuals or other researchers with stories to tell, and from those who are collating statistics on bullying, particularly cyber bullying. This oppressive behaviour is sometimes called harassment or mobbing.
Besides our consultancy work, we are now engaged in a campaign of writing and editing on a variety of topics, and we are always happy to hear about new ideas and plans for the future. Check the website pages for current topics.
