About JQA

Business planning is a key strength, particularly with and for cultural organisations and community groups, and we have a great deal of experience of managing capital projects, writing business plans, undertaking strategic reviews and fundraising for voluntary sector organisations.

We provide training for organisations and individuals in a variety of areas, such as improving communication, audience development, best practice in leadership and managing change and development, as well as how to raise money from trusts and foundations.

Besides consultancy, we work as professional  writers and editors for several clients in the US and UK, producing articles on a variety of topics for online consumption, including the newest technological developments, worldwide travel destinations and many more.

Last year Piers started writing for The Yorkshire Times, an online resource serving Yorkshire which includes current news and really great features  – arts, business, cars, family, food, jobs, lifestyle, sci-tech and sport.

Anne-Marie’s research into workplace bullying in the arts is ongoing, and she is always happy to hear from individuals or other researchers with stories to tell, and from those who are collating statistics on bullying, sometimes called harassment or mobbing, particularly the very topical problem of cyberbullying.

Whatever your interest or issue, we’re happy to help if we can.
