Welcome
Since 2011 Piers Jackson and Anne-Marie Quigg have been writing books, articles, blogs, reviews, news items and web content on a variety of different subjects. Some of our clients have given us very positive testimonials:
“We have outsourced many of our writing services to Jackson Quigg Associates now for over a year and are highly impressed with the quality of their work. The company spends time ensuring that all work is to a high standard and even spends time researching data to compile for articles requested. We would highly recommend the company for any professional requirements, including blog writing, article writing, proof reading and editing.”
Guy Baldwin, Marketing Director, Jungle Holdings Ltd.
“Piers Jackson has been writing for The Yorkshire Times… on subjects as diverse as The Arts Council and Pig Farming. His portfolio can be found here yorkshiretimes.co.uk/piersjackson
“Piers always writes well: He is clear, concise, interesting and, when necessary, edgy. We regard him as one of our best writers and we look forward to him writing for our paper for many years to come.”
Richard Trinder, Managing Editor, The Yorkshire Times
“Excellent writer with a crisp, authoritative style. Able to adapt to the demands of different briefs with ease, Anne-Marie brings real style and commitment to her work.”
Daniel Whittle, Commissioning Editor at TSO
Writing and Editing
Our work is very much focused on providing high quality, affordable bespoke content for individuals, organisations and agencies as well as accurate and focused editing.
JQA provides copy according to client requirements and we write in UK, US, Canadian and Australian English.
Piers is a NCTJ-trained journalist and sub-editor and has excellent research skills that enable him to write on a wide range of topics. His portfolio of articles include pieces on Enterprise Resource Planning, how to grow small businesses in an economic downturn, new developments in Cloud technology and tax implications for contractors working in the construction industry. Others take in health issues, employment advice, travel and job descriptions for global websites.
Anne-Marie is an experienced writer and her first book, Bullying in the Arts, was based on her extensive doctoral research and was published in 2011 by Gower Publishing. She then edited The Handbook of Dealing with Workplace Bullying. Both books are now managed by Routledge, part of the Taylor & Francis Group. Published in July 2015, the handbook includes contributions from a network of professionals and academics from all over the world. Her content writing includes topics such as digital technology, health, travel, finance, education and interior design as well as many other areas – a truly eclectic mix!
